I DO here by make application to become a CLUB MEMBER of Club Glass House and request that you enter my name on the Register of Members. If accepted I certify that I understand and will abide by the Constitution, By Laws and Code of Conduct. I have read and understood the support of my application I submit the following information.

RIGHTS OF MEMBERS

A. Club members only of the Club shall have full voting rights and, subject to the constitution, be eligible to be elected to or hold office on the board

B. Each financial member who is eligible to vote shall have ONE vote.

C. The rights of members to use the facilities of the Club shall be as the board may determine from time-to-time By-Law or otherwise provided.
